Recipes

I had a request for what I put on my fajitas, so I thought I would share the recipes from the crepes and fajitas I have posted about already, and I am adding in my chocolate mousse recipe.

In the kitchen

Crepes are a weekly tradition in our house. Ava loves to stir the batter and Leah cracks the eggs and helps add ingredients. We have jam, sugar, honey or maple syrup on them. It may not be the healthiest start to the day, but it sure is a fun way.

It is so much fun taking the girls into the back yard everyday and watching things grow.

Pictures and Mother’s Day

As promised here are some pictures of the gardens coming into their own. Got my potatoes, beans and sunflowers in the ground today, and they got a good watering in from the late afternoon rain.

I was ambling through the vegetable garden today and the beet and carrot seeds are starting to poke their heads up!
